Refund policy

We want you to love your Shanti Prana products. If something isn't right, here's how we can help.

 

Return window: You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

 

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. You'll need the order confirmation or proof of purchase.

 

How to start a return: Contact us at palbo201168@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide instructions on where to send your item.

 

Damaged or incorrect items: If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

 

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

 

Non-returnable items: Gift cards and personal care items that have been used or opened are not eligible for return.
